MeisterSinger builds mechanical one-hand watches and has the highest demands on technology and design. In the premium line of the house, the Circularis models, work works that MasterSinger can develop by specialists according to his wishes. They ensure a particularly precise run of the typical individual hour hand. And because MeisterSinger founder Manfred Brassler has given the caliber a unique geometry, the work has already been awarded with several design awards. The advantages of this movement and its automatic counterpart MSA01 include the fact that in two spring housings at full throttle energy is stored for a 120-hour power reserve: 120 hours during which the watch runs precisely without having to be mounted or the rotor moved.
The "Circularis Gangreserve", presented for the first time at the Baselworld, reveals this potential with a semicircular display at 9 o'clock. At a glance, the wearer of this watch recognizes whether she still has enough energy to display the time after a watch-free weekend. Its series connection ensures the simultaneous winding of the spring houses and an even force output to the gear train - this guarantees the highest degree of precision with chronometer qualities. In order to realize the special form of the gear reserve display, complex changes to the factory set-up were necessary. While the first spring housing is wound over its drum, The drum of the second spring house delivers the power to the gear - the differential of the revolutions is then determined via a specially designed differential and the remaining energy is displayed. The result is an indication that corresponds aesthetically as well as functionally to the requirements of a master singer.
Four variants, four special designs
The "Circularis Gangreserve" with date is available in four versions, in which indices, dial and pointer colors as well as the alligator leather band have been matched. Thus, the execution with black and those with ice-gray sun-shading blade superluminova on hands and hour markings, the hands of the ivory-colored and the new opaline silver model against it are blued.
